With decades of experience in real estate and real estate law, Hilary brings a rare combination of brokerage expertise and legal insight to our team. Prior to her current role, she operated both a boutique real estate brokerage and a law practice specializing in real estate transactions, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the complexities involved in buying and selling property.

Hilary’s background allows her to anticipate issues before they arise, support agents through complex scenarios and safeguard clients throughout the transaction process. Her leadership helps ensure that our team is equipped with the guidance, structure and oversight needed to deliver a smooth and secure experience for every client.

She holds bachelor’s degrees in Communications, German, and Accounting from the University of San Diego, as well as a Juris Doctor and a Master of Laws in Taxation from Golden Gate University.
